SupremeCourt sets up a committee comprising Nandan Nilakeni, Vijay P Bhatkar & ors to devise a full proof system of conducting SSC exam.

On the aspect of re-exam, SC approves March 9, 2018 re-exam but the stay on the results shall continue since other papers remain tainted.

SSC exam matter fixed for Tuesday next week for a detailed hearing. During the course of the proceedings, the Supreme Court asked the Govt if it may consider re-exam for other papers too.

But SG Tushar Mehta said there’s no need for it & those tainted have already been weeded out.
